What you get

Member ($79/month): a capsule of six everyday basics in your current size, a new capsule each time you report a size change (returns of the previous capsule included), a monthly comfort kit and access to your account. Member Plus ($99/month): everything in Member, an eight-piece capsule, one shop accessory each month and a goal-wardrobe styling session when you report reaching your goal size.

Start fee and founding offer

A one-time, non-refundable $29 start fee is charged when you join and covers your first capsule. Founding members receive 20% off their first three monthly payments.

Automatic renewal

Your membership renews automatically every month until you cancel. Your first monthly payment is charged on the day your first capsule ships; we tell you the expected ship date before you pay and email you when it ships. After that you are charged on the same day each month. Prices before tax; sales tax is added where applicable.

Cancel or pause anytime

You can cancel or pause online at any time from your account, in two clicks. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid month; you will not be charged again. If you cancel before your first capsule ships, you will not be charged any monthly fee.

Size swaps and returns

Clothing in your capsule is provided for your use while it fits. When you report a new size, we send your next capsule and a prepaid return label; please return the previous capsule within 21 days. Returned items are donated or resold and are not sent to other members. Bras and underwear are always new and never need to be returned.
