Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping

We ship to US addresses only. Orders leave our partner warehouse within 1 to 3 business days and usually arrive about 4 to 6 business days later. You get a tracking number by email when your order ships. Shipping is free on orders of $35 or more; otherwise it is $4.95.

Damaged, wrong or not as described

If your order arrives damaged, if we sent the wrong item, or if it is not what we described, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We refund you in full, or send a replacement if you prefer. You do not need to send the item back.

Did not arrive

If your tracking shows no progress for 10 business days, or your order has not arrived 20 business days after you paid, email us and we will refund you or reship it.

Changed your mind

We cannot take back items you simply no longer want, because they ship from a partner warehouse that does not accept returns. Please check sizes and dimensions on each product page before you order.
